Derived from the Old Norse Malm (metal) and Strand (strand), the collection focuses on the fluid, continuous nature of metal when woven into various chainmail  patterns. These pieces utilize a precise, interlocking ring pattern to create a structured yet flexible weave, allowing for a seamless progression of color and form.
