🚚 FireGryphon Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours that includes your order number and shipping details.
If anything looks wrong—like your address or item details—contact us within 24 hours so we can correct it before shipping.

2. Processing & Shipping

In-stock items ship within 3 business days.
Made-to-order items ship within 5 business days.

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s hands, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.
If your package is missing, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received:

~Check with neighbors, your local post office, or delivery service first.

~File a claim directly with USPS if the issue persists.

We’ll gladly assist with tracking but can’t control delivery outcomes or investigation timelines.

3. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and email lissa.olson@firegryphon.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Refer to our Refund & Repair Policy for how claims are processed.

4. Shipping Costs for Repairs or Returns

For verified damage claims:

~We cover return shipping once documentation is reviewed and approved.
For approved repairs:

~We may cover both directions of shipping at our discretion.

~Instructions will be provided if your item qualifies.

5. Address Errors

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

6. Domestic & International Shipping

At this time, FireGryphon ships only within the United States.
International orders may be added later once secure carrier tracking can be guaranteed.
