⚖️ FireGryphon Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accessing this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy). If you don’t agree, don’t use the site or buy anything from it.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All FireGryphon pieces are handcrafted; slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and part of the art. Photos represent each style as accurately as possible, but lighting and screen differences may cause small visual shifts. 

Some visuals—such as background scenes or mythical brand elements—use AI-generated imagery for storytelling and clarity. Product photos always show real handcrafted jewelry, backgrounds may be digitally enhanced. Worn image is an AI generated virtual try-on for scale. 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout; orders aren’t processed until payment clears.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.

4. Shipping

See our full Shipping Policy for timelines and carrier responsibilities. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

5. Returns & Repairs

Refunds are only issued for verified shipping damage. Repairs for minor issues may be offered at our discretion. See our Refund & Repair Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—images, text, product names, and designs—is owned by Melissa “FireGryphon” Olson. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

Don’t misuse the site, submit false claims, or harass staff. We reserve the right to block or cancel access to anyone acting in bad faith.

8. Limitation of Liability

FireGryphon isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability never exceeds the purchase price of the item.

9. Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated without notice. The latest version is always available on this page and becomes effective immediately upon posting.

⚖️ FireGryphon Store Policy Summary

FireGryphon is a one-person shop — every piece is hand-wrapped, packed, and shipped by me.

Shipping: Orders ship within 3 business days via USPS. Once your package leaves my hands, the carrier takes over. Delivery issues or delays must be handled directly with USPS, but I’ll help you track if needed.

Returns & Refunds: Refunds are only offered for items damaged during shipping and reported within 7 days with photos. For small fixes, repairs may be offered at my discretion. No returns for used diffuser jewelry or custom blends.

Privacy: Your info stays yours. It’s used only to process orders, ship items, and contact you if there’s a problem — not for selling, renting, or any weird marketing nonsense.

AI Transparency: Some product photos use AI-generated backgrounds for clarity or storytelling. The jewelry itself is real, handmade, and photographed by me. AI tools may also be used to clean up grammar (and occasionally censor my sailor mouth).

Terms: By purchasing, you agree to all policies listed above. I reserve the right to update them as needed to protect both of us from scammers and shipping chaos.
