🔥 FireGryphon Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents

2. Reporting Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email lissa.olson@firegryphon.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll email return instructions for the damaged item.

Once the damaged item is received, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary by payment provider, but we’ll confirm by email when it’s been submitted.

3. Repairs for Minor Damage

For minor issues that don’t qualify for a full refund, we may offer repair services at our discretion for damage that occurred within 30 days of purchase.

  • You may need to cover the material cost, depending on the repair.

  • If approved, we’ll cover round-trip shipping for the repair process.

  • All repairs go through the same approval and documentation process as refunds.

4. Delicate Items & Care Responsibility

Our jewelry is handcrafted and delicate by design.
Items worn during exercise, cleaning, or rough handling may not qualify for repair or refund.
We recommend handling your diffuser jewelry with care to extend its life.

5. Shipping for Returns & Repairs

  • For verified damage during shipping: we’ll cover return shipping after documentation.

  • For approved repairs: we’ll cover return and resend shipping if the repair qualifies.

  • For any other situation: shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following are non-returnable:

  • Custom essential oil blends

  • Diffuser jewelry that’s been used with oils

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

7. How to Start a Claim

To report damage or request a repair:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
