Your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — including any shipping charges paid.

Here's how it works:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• We'll send you a prepaid, tracked return label at no cost to you.
• Your refund is issued as soon as the return is confirmed delivered — no waiting around.
• Items must be returned unworn and undamaged.

Because every FireGryphon piece is handmade by hand, we ask that returns be initiated promptly so pieces can find their next home.

Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the damage and the original packaging, and we'll send a prepaid return label — we do need the damaged piece back. Once it's confirmed delivered, we'll send your replacement at no charge or you can opt for a full refund.
