Eyr-Loka

• Construction: The central Focal Bar and symmetrical beaded links are secured with an orbital style multi-wire twisted binding—using multiple same-gauge wires twisted in tandem to lock each element into a rigid, structural bind. The piece is finished with a lobster claw clasp for a secure closure.
  
• Materials: round Green Aventurine stone bead, 6mm round lava beads (6), Green Resin pearls and translucent lime-green bicone beads; 20 gauge (.8 mm) Antique brass color-coated copper wire

Behind the Design: Eyr-Loka derives its name from the Old Norse Eyr, meaning copper or brass, and loka, meaning the bind. This piece has a grounded focal center featuring a green aventurine bead flanked by green pearls, dark green lava beads, and translucent lime green bicone beads. The integrated antique brass-colored twisted spiral binds the beads to symmetrical links, creating a permanent design in the Eldora series that emphasizes a weathered, organic aesthetic.
